Job Title: HR Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced and skilled HR Business Partner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully implementing HR strategies and programs that drive business results.

The HR Business Partner will be responsible for providing strategic HR advice and guidance to senior leaders and management teams. They will also develop and implement HR initiatives that align with the company's overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide HR guidance and support to senior leaders and management teams
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives that drive business results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Analyze data and metrics to inform HR decisions
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years' experience in handling HR issues at middle management position in services industry
  • Knowledge of labour laws/EOBI/ESSI rules implemented in the country
  • Basic financial knowledge
  • Satisfactory computer skills
  • Record handling/man management experience

This role is based in Karachi, Pakistan.
