Job Summary:

We are seeking a Ruby on Rails Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Computer Science, with a Bachelor or Master degree. Programming skills in Ruby on Rails are essential, with at least 2 years of experience. Excellent written and spoken English communication skills are required.

Responsibilities include:
  • Designing and developing high-quality software solutions using Ruby on Rails.
  • Maintaining and improving existing codebase to ensure scalability and performance.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Implementing secure and reliable RESTful web services using XML, JSON, and SOAP.
  • Ensuring seamless integration with Git and CI tools.

Favorable Qualifications:
  • Experience with high-load website development and testing.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, or eXtreme Programming.
  • Contributions to open-source projects on platforms like GitHub.
