We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Business Analyst to work closely with the CEO and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the development, sales, HR, and finance teams to streamline operations and implement strategic initiatives that enhance overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Familiarity with financial reporting and eagerness to learn Profit & Loss (P&L) statements to support business growth and sustainability.
  • Assist in identifying areas to reduce costs and improve operational workflows under guidance from senior analysts or management.
  • Work collaboratively with departments like Development, Sales, HR, and Finance to understand business needs and support smooth processes.
  • Support process reviews and suggest automation or tools to improve day-to-day business operations.
  • Help develop dashboards and reports to track performance metrics and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Contribute to strategic discussions and initiatives by conducting research and providing data support.

Requirements:

  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • A degree in business, finance, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Basic knowledge of business strategy and financial planning with a willingness to grow in areas like budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
  • Comfortable working with numbers and data. Eager to support cost analysis, financial modeling, and revenue tracking under guidance.
  • Familiarity with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and any experience with ERP or automation platforms is beneficial.
