Customer Service Liaison

About the Role:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Address customer complaints and work to resolve issues through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Provide accurate information to customers regarding product details, pricing, promotions, and other relevant information.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, inquiries, and feedback within the company's CRM system.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Develop strong relationships with customers by actively listening to their concerns, addressing their needs, and providing personalized support.
  3. Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure seamless customer experience and meet customer needs effectively.
  4. Investigate and resolve customer complaints, preparing reports and making recommendations to management as needed.
Requirements:
  • Intermediate or A-level education.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-driven and motivated by achieving targets and goals.
