Job Opportunity

A highly competent individual is required to oversee all logistics and supply chain operations, with experience in mining and oil & gas companies being preferable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate logistics and supply chain activities for project materials and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, fuel consumption, and equipment movement.
  • Liaise with transporters, warehouse teams, and site engineers to track deliveries.
  • Ensure proper documentation for shipments, local purchases, and gate passes.
  • Handle customs clearance and border-related formalities if required.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or equivalent with at least 3-4 years of relevant working experience in logistics.
  • Good understanding of regional terrain and local transportation networks.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and logistics management systems.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for coordinating logistics and supply chain activities. This includes maintaining accurate records of inventory, fuel consumption, and equipment movement. You will also be responsible for liaising with transporters, warehouse teams, and site engineers to track deliveries.

Additionally, you will ensure proper documentation for shipments, local purchases, and gate passes. In some cases, you may need to handle customs clearance and border-related formalities.
