Job Title:
 Supply Chain Manager

Location:
 E11, SITE 2, Phase 2, Superhighway, Karachi Pakistan (On-site)

Employment Type:
 Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage purchase orders for materials sourced from global suppliers, ensuring timely procurement, quality control, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Oversee the export of finished goods from Pakistan to the USA, including coordination with customs, compliance with international trade regulations, and documentation.
  • Handle international shipping logistics, including freight forwarding, carrier negotiations, and tracking to minimize delays and optimize costs.
  • Develop and maintain supplier relationships in China and logistics partners worldwide.
  • Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and implement strategies to streamline the supply chain process.
  • Collaborate with production, sales, and finance teams to ensure seamless operations and resolve any supply chain disruptions.
  • Analyze supply chain performance metrics and implement improvements for efficiency and sustainability.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in manufacturing or import/export operations.
  • Proven expertise in international trade, including knowledge of INCOTERMS, customs regulations, and shipping documentation (e.g., bills of lading, commercial invoices).
  • Experience with sourcing from China and exporting to the USA is highly preferred.
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in supply chain software (e.g., ERP systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Mandarin or Urdu is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
