Job Title: Shift Supervisor

Indus Hospital is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of the nursing staff, you will be responsible for ensuring that all patients receive high-quality care in a safe and efficient manner.

  • As Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating the activities of the nursing staff during your shift, including assigning tasks, monitoring patient care, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of patient care, including vital signs, medication administration, and treatment plans.
  • In addition, you will participate in rounds with the management team to ensure that all orders are noted and carried out, and that patient progress is monitored and reported accordingly.
  • Other duties include supervising the preparation of patients for operative procedures, assisting residents/consultants in medical and surgical procedures, and carrying out admission and discharge procedures.
