The Solutions Sales Executive plays a pivotal role in driving the sales of our digital media solutions globally. To succeed, candidates must possess an in-depth understanding of enterprise video and digital media solutions, as well as target industries, markets, and buyer personas.
Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and prospecting, managing customer inquiries, and following up with potential leads and customers.
Candidates will be responsible for transforming leads into sales opportunities, mapping out customer requirements, establishing an understanding of product pricing and features, and managing customer sales accounts.
Additionally, successful candidates will generate new business using existing and potential customer networks, close deals, and track sales account targets aligned with company objectives.
They will also work collaboratively with the team to effectively close sales, schedule appointments for product demonstrations, update CRM to produce accurate data in real-time, and work independently as required.
Candidates should possess excellent negotiation skills, a solid understanding of sales performance metrics, and knowledge of multiple languages is a plus.
