Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to expand our client base and drive revenue growth. This key role will contribute significantly to the company's success, requiring an experienced individual with a proven track record in generating revenue and expanding client databases.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Retention and Activation: Re-engage existing clients by showcasing the value of our services and persuading them to provide work.
  • New Client Acquisition: Research and identify potential new clients, understanding their staffing needs and proposing tailored solutions.
  • Revenue Generation: Demonstrate how you have generated revenue for businesses in the UK and increase our client base through lead sourcing and conversion.
  • Research and Tendering: Regularly research available tenders and opportunities to enhance our business footprint without licenses.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and maintain strong relationships.
Requirements
  1. Proven Experience: Extensive experience as a Business Development Manager with a successful track record in generating revenue and increasing client databases, especially in the UK market.
  2. Proven Results: Clear demonstration of previous revenue growth and new client acquisition achievements.
  3. Can-Do Attitude: Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and drive business growth.
  4. Sales-Driven: Strong passion for sales and business development with a focus on results.
  5. Remote Working Experience: Comfortable working remotely and managing tasks independently.
