Job Summary
We are looking for a young talent to join our team in a position with no previous experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in customer service and administrative support. This may involve answering phone calls, responding to emails, or communicating with customers through various channels.
Manage and organize files and documents, ensuring that all records are accurate and up-to-date. This includes maintaining digital and physical files, as well as implementing a system for tracking and retrieving information.
Provide assistance with projects and day-to-day tasks, working closely with colleagues to achieve common goals. This may involve data entry, report generation, or other administrative tasks.
Perform support activities in various sectors of the company, providing a wide range of services to ensure smooth operations. This may include scheduling appointments, arranging travel, or coordinating meetings.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges, with a strong desire to grow and develop within the organization.
Good verbal and written communication skills, allowing you to effectively interact with colleagues, customers, and management.
Organization and responsibility, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Basic knowledge of computer tools, including software applications, hardware devices, and other technology.
