Your Role:

As a seasoned developer, you'll be responsible for creating and maintaining complex software systems. This role involves guiding projects from inception to deployment, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

You will play a pivotal role in mentoring junior developers, guaranteeing code excellence, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of front-end and back-end applications, prioritizing performance and scalability
  • Manage database architecture and optimize data management practices, ensuring seamless integration
  • Guide the deployment and maintenance of projects, troubleshooting and resolving complex issues in a timely manner
  • Collaborate closely with other team members and departments to deliver project requirements, promoting effective communication
  • Mentor junior developers, conducting regular code reviews to maintain high coding standards
  • Participate in strategic planning, bringing innovative solutions to technical challenges and driving business growth

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in full-stack development, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects on time
  • Back-End: Strong knowledge of databases (SQL, MongoDB) and server-side frameworks (Node.js), with experience in optimizing system performance
  • Version Control: Proficient with Git and familiar with collaborative workflows, ensuring seamless version control
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, with a focus on software development
  • Additional Skills: Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices is preferred, with a strong understanding of infrastructure as code
  • Leadership: Proven ability to mentor and support junior developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
