Job Title: Field Marketing Officer

About the Role

This is a critical position that requires an individual to implement sales and promotion strategies, ultimately leading to increased market share and product growth in relevant markets.

The key responsibilities include:

  1. Achieving sales, volume, growth, market share, and listing targets for assigned brands.
  2. Developing and executing engagement plans with healthcare professionals, aligning with multi-channel cycle plans.
  3. Reporting customer interactions and utilizing CRM functionality to enhance customer experiences.
  4. Maintaining awareness of competition activities and communicating them to management.
  5. Organizing scientific updates and workshops for healthcare professionals, aligned with marketing strategies.
  6. Staying up-to-date with medical knowledge, brand strategies, competitive landscape, and standard platforms.
  7. Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A science degree, preferably in pharmacy.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a similar field.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in VEEVA CRM use and reporting.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Motivation, adaptability, collaboration, accountability, and a willingness to learn.
