Telecommunications Operations Expert

We are seeking a skilled Telecommunications Operations Expert to join our team.

This role will involve overseeing the reliable operation of GPON/ADSL networks, ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining service KPIs
  • Provisioning new services
  • Rectifying faults promptly
  • Achieving migration targets
  • Planning network expansions
  • Resolving customer issues
  • Maintaining strict HSE compliance

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • B.E/B.Sc Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Telecom/Computer/Software) or BS IT/BSCS (4-year program)
  • GPON/ADSL technologies
  • Power plant operations (PDG, Rectifier, AC/DC)
  • Switching/NGN networks
  • Service KPI analysis and improvement
  • MS Office and database proficiency

You will also require strong analytical and communication skills, as well as experience with team management and conflict resolution.
