Job Title: Strategic HR Partner

The ideal candidate will serve as a generalist, providing end-to-end human resources support to professionals and associate level employees. This role involves implementing comprehensive HR initiatives that drive organizational values & embed an inclusive work culture through various employee engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performance Management – Support internal stakeholders during annual performance reviews, provide refresher sessions to employees for effective goal setting, career development, and performance feedback.
  • People & Capability Review – Facilitate the annual People & Capability process by identifying key themes and trends to showcase Pakistan review with HRBPs, provide support to business leaders in creating robust development plans to meet succession and team development needs.
  • New Hire Onboarding – Coordinate new joiner onboarding, develop a detailed orientation plan, prepare organizational announcements, and identify a functional 'buddy' in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
  • Employee Engagement Initiatives – Organize international & regional events, including CEO Awards, Talent Meet, Powerhouse Awards etc., and support global initiatives like World Environment Day, International Women's Day etc.
  • Organizational Effectiveness & Development – Implement structural improvements and functional reorganization to achieve business strategy and meet evolving talent and organization needs.
  • HR Operations – Work closely with communities of expertise and HR operations to ensure timely delivery of HR reports and resolve Workday queries.
  • HR Initiatives – Design and execute action plans against areas of improvements identified in Listen Survey for each year, implement quarterly CEO Townhall & monthly coffee sessions with Pakistan Leadership Team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or Management Sciences.
  • 4-6 years of experience.
  • English fluency, both written and spoken.
