We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Vendor Management Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day administration of vendor management activities, supporting the full vendor lifecycle.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist in collecting and organizing vendor prequalification documents.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders for timely evaluation.
  • Support evaluators in obtaining missing or incomplete information.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in supplier relationship management, procurement, or supply chain.
  • Familiarity with procurement processes and vendor evaluations and audits.
