This is a full-time on-site role for Contracts Administrator at Eighteen in Islamabad. The selected candidate will play a key role in the Procurement Team in managing the overall processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and purchase contracts.
  2. Negotiate contract terms with internal and external business partners.
  3. Review and update existing contracts and technical documents.
  4. Explain terms and conditions to managers and interested parties.
  5. Analyze potential risks involved with specific contract terms.
  6. Stay up-to-date with legislative changes and coordinate with the legal department as needed.
  7. Ensure all deadlines and conditions described on contracts are met (e.g. payments and shipping).
  8. Maintain an organized system of physical and digital records.
  9. Create language standards for existing and new contracts.
  10. Integrate the Procurement process, award the contracts, and track contracts.
  11. Technical contracts administration.

What We're Looking For:

Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration or a similar field (preferred).

Experience: Preferably 6 to 7 years of relevant corporate experience.

Experience & Skills:

  1. Knowledge of legal requirements involved with contracts.
  2. Familiarity with accounting procedures.
  3. Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with the Procurement Team and Management.
  5. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Experience in creating and maintaining process documentation.
  7. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
  8. Keen attention to detail, with an ability to spot errors.
