Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of skilled sales candidates for various roles across different departments.
  • Use social media networks to connect with potential candidates and review online portfolios and resumes to pre-screen them.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to identify each position's requirements and source candidates matching those needs.
  • Develop recruiting messaging and follow up with candidates.
  • Log candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System.
  • Measure and report on recruiting metrics.
