Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Service Associate to join our team. As a key member of our dining service, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers upon arrival and guide them to their table, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Presentation of menu options and make recommendations based on customers' preferences, fostering a sense of belonging and satisfaction.
  • Taking accurate food and drink orders from customers, maintaining attention to detail and minimizing errors.
  • Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring seamless delivery and high-quality presentation.
  • Check on customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately, maintaining a secure and efficient payment process.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, floors, and restrooms, upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Server or similar role is preferred but not required, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices, with a focus on building strong relationships and exceeding expectations.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, remaining composed and efficient even in challenging situations.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate clear and concise messages, both verbally and in writing.
  • Friendly demeanor with a positive attitude, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for customers and colleagues alike.
