Assistant Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Internal Audit team as a key member, responsible for reviewing the effectiveness of our internal control system and ensuring compliance with departmental SOPs.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Timely initiation, execution, and completion of audits, including submission of drafts, preparation of complete working papers, and finalization of audit reports.
  2. Build relationships and trust by liaising with other departments, ensuring they update implementation of prior audit reports periodically.
  3. Prepare reports on the audit of operational activities of different departments as assigned by the supervisor.
  4. Regular follow-up with departments to update implementation status of prior audit reports from time to time.
  5. Disseminate knowledge among Internal Audit colleagues through presentations, workshops, briefings, and advising as needed.
  6. Develop and maintain contacts with departments on an ongoing basis to enhance relationships and trust.
  7. Assist the supervisor in achieving department goals and objectives as per their directions.
  8. Perform special assignments as directed by the supervisor from time to time.
