Job Description:

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability and security of our systems. This includes installing, configuring, and maintaining operating systems and standard applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and standard applications (Windows, MS Office, etc.).
  • Support basic network issues including connectivity, Wi-Fi, LAN, and VPN troubleshooting.
  • Manage Meetings and conference calls over Zoom, Teams, and Google Meet.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows, networking protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS).
  • Familiarity with Zoom, Teams, & Google Meet.
