
Senior Relationship Development Specialist

This role involves managing and developing relationships with high-profile clients to drive business growth and meet the bank's strategic objectives.
The role includes managing operational risk and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new-to-bank priority-qualified clients.
- Provide services to clients in the assigned portfolio, such as dormancy removal and service requests.
- Cross-sell products based on client needs identification.
- Increase wealth management penetration by adding new clients to wealth services.
- Migrate clients to digital channels for transactions.
- Follow up on and convert assigned leads.
- Maintain client contact according to prescribed guidelines.
- Implement client journey interventions for priority clients.
- Conduct periodic risk reviews of clients in the portfolio.
- Update KYC information as needed.
- Follow internal processes for wealth management and asset product bookings.
