Job Title: Customer Sales Specialist (Night Shift)

Location: Bahria Town Phase 7, Islamabad (On-Site Only)

About the Role:

We are looking for Customer Sales Specialists with excellent communication skills to join our dynamic sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with US customers, generate sales, and enjoy a handsome incentive structure in addition to your base salary.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with US-based customers via outbound/inbound calls.
  • Present products/services confidently and close sales.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction and build lasting client relationships.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of calling experience (preferably with US campaigns).
  • Excellent spoken English with clear communication.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Must be comfortable working night shifts (6 PM – 3 AM Pakistan time).
  • On-site availability at our office in Bahria Town Phase 7, Islamabad.
