Job Description:

We are seeking a highly analytical and creative Digital Advertising Analyst to join our dynamic team.

This role demands a strong ability to analyze data, identify actionable insights, and implement optimizations to meet and exceed marketing objectives.

You will work closely with stakeholders of varying expertise levels to drive exceptional performance for PPC, Display, and Social Advertising campaigns across a diverse range of industries and business sizes.

  • Manage all aspects of PPC, Display, and Social Advertising campaign setup and ongoing optimization, including keyword research, campaign creation, targeting strategies, account setup, and detailed performance analysis across platforms.
  • Proactively research and address performance gaps, account setup challenges, and optimization opportunities to ensure consistent delivery of strong outcomes across PPC, Display, and Social Advertising campaigns.
  • Continuously optimize and expand our advanced product suite to design and deliver consistent, scalable campaigns across multiple advertising channels, ensuring exceptional performance for a diverse client portfolio.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to generate actionable insights, delivering both account-level performance improvements and strategic relationship-building insights for PPC, Display, and Social Advertising efforts.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

You should have 1 or more years of experience in Digital Advertising (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, etc.), a Bachelor's degree preferred, and Certified Google Advertising Professional (basic and advanced) is a strong plus.

Strong Excel skills user: formula creation, pivot tables, graphing/charts, an organized self-starter who can work independently, execute quickly, and move to the next task.

Strong project management and prioritization skills, attention to detail, ability to drive consistently high-quality work under tight timeframes, and strong interpersonal written and verbal communication skills.
