Senior Executive Technical Procurement

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive Technical Procurement professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the procurement of technical domains and ensuring that bidding processes are followed in accordance with our procurement policies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for the procurement of technical domains and ensuring that bidding process is followed as per the Procurement Policy.
  • RFQ/RFP must be reviewed by the relevant departments.
  • Preference will be given to a candidate who has in-depth knowledge of cell sites for Power projects, Cooling Systems, HVAC, UPS, PDF, Rectifiers, Data Centers, and related systems.
  • Frequent meetings with the concerned department for the improvement of internal communication and planning of activities proactively.
  • Arranges quotes, evaluates and prepares comparative statements for final approval.
  • Ensure the coordination with the concern departments for purchase request generation in line with proper specification for the purchase of goods.
  • Motivate vendor/suppliers for maximum participation is taken by them for the tender float in order to get competitive prices & quality goods in line of the Procurement policy.
  • Support negotiation team for the purchases of goods/services as per the Procurement Policy.
  • Explore new vendors and sign Frame Supply Agreements for recurring nature items/services Vendor Evaluation Periodic supplier evaluation in liaison with the respective requesting department for retention of quality supplier and updating supplier database.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- A bachelor's degree in engineering or master's degree in business administration supply chain.

- Accredited procurement & supply chain certifications will be preferred.

- Minimum 4 to 5 years of relevant experience.

- Strong project management skills (setting/managing timelines, prioritization, communication).

- Problem-solving & negotiation skills. Ability to navigate ambiguity gracefully and initiative to problem solve autonomously.

- Strong sense of ownership and accountability, follows up and knows when to escalate.

- Strong written/verbal communication skills including synthesis of complex ideas, proactively addressing needs/questions and ability to influence via persuasive communication.

- An adaptive team player and always willing to support & contribute.
