LinkedIn Digital Marketing Specialist

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field is required. Equivalent experience will be considered.
This role requires a deep understanding of LinkedIn's advertising platform and expertise in campaign strategy to drive business growth and generate leads.
- Develop and implement LinkedIn ad campaigns that align with clients' business goals and target audience.
- Create compelling ad creatives and copy that resonate with LinkedIn users and drive engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Targeting & Optimization:
- Utilize LinkedIn's advanced targeting options to reach the right audience segments.
- Continuously optimize ad campaigns based on performance data to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Monitor key metrics such as impressions, clicks, CTR, leads, and conversions.
- Generate detailed reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
- At least two years of experience running ads on linkedin after completion of undergraduate degree.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn's advertising platform, targeting options and best practices.
