Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Network Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining complex network infrastructures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer, maintain, and support Careem-managed IT systems, including systems and network infrastructure.
  • Deploy, support, and administer IT infrastructure services and systems, voice and data networks, MPLS, DPLC & wireless and multisite mesh networks.
  • Design and implement new network solutions and/or improve current network efficiency.
  • Install, configure, and support network equipment, including routers, switches, SASE gateways, firewalls, WAN accelerators, and aggregators, wireless networks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in computer science or similar discipline.
  • Desired certifications: Network+, CCNA, CCNP, MCSE or MCITP + AWS/Azure certified, Security+, ITIL.
  • Experience working within the industry is desirable:
    • Next Generation Firewalls.
    • MDM (Mobile devices management).
    • Virtualization, VMWare, AWS, Active Directory, SSO, SASE.
    • LANs, WANs, TCP/IP protocol stack, Routing.
