Senior Operations Executive Position

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Operations Executive to spearhead our internal team, oversee daily operations across client delivery and internal execution.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the internal team and manage day-to-day operations ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
  • Develop and improve internal systems and workflows for efficient teamwork and productivity
  • Oversee weekly and monthly production schedules to guarantee timely delivery of high-quality client content
  • Hold team members accountable to clear objectives and communicate priorities, updates, and blockers effectively
  • Making informed decisions that balance quality and speed while scaling the team
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage team members as we expand
  • Analyze performance data and resolve bottlenecks to optimize operations and boost efficiency

Necessary Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience leading operations or delivery in a content, agency, or marketing company
  • A strong background managing remote teams and creative workstreams
  • Proven track record of building workflows, managing timelines, and driving accountability
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with tools like Notion, Airtable, Slack, and Google Drive
  • Comfort managing both creative talent and operational team members
  • A deep commitment to systems over chaos and a focus on outcomes over activity

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience growing a service business or agency
  • Led production of short-form video, content calendars, or social campaigns
  • Worked with AI tools in content or project delivery
  • Familiarity with paid ad creative, organic content, and social media execution
  • Run structured meetings, team check-ins, or performance reviews
