Job Overview

This role requires a highly skilled professional to support the implementation of ICT solutions in various settings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining websites, offline blogging software, and operational manuals.

The successful candidate will follow established methodologies, philosophies, goals, and objectives throughout the facilitation of programs. They will also assist logistics staff in preparing specifications for ICT equipment procurement and develop awareness sessions manuals for communities.

In addition, the candidate will build capacities of ICT field staff to deliver sessions to communities with proper monitoring visits. They will also provide feedback to management on administrative and financial software, contribute to capacity building, knowledge management, and institutional development related to ICT.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain websites and operational manuals
  • Develop and maintain offline blogging software with proper checks and operational manual
  • Follow established methodologies, philosophies, goals, and objectives
  • Assist logistics staff in preparing specifications for ICT equipment procurement
  • Develop awareness sessions manuals for communities
  • Build capacities of ICT field staff
  • Provide feedback to management on administrative and financial software
  • Contribute to capacity building, knowledge management, and institutional development
  • Risk analysis and time-cost ratio optimization
  • Oversight of ICT support to partners and associated partner communities
  • Technical support in conducting baseline surveys and action research
Requirements

We are seeking an experienced professional with the following qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a reputable organization
  • Masters degree in IT or equivalent
  • PHP, MySQL, Joomla, WordPress experience with at least 5 years of experience
  • Brief understanding of business process management systems (ERP/CRM)
  • Excellent training skills, client end support, LAN/WLAN/WAN knowledge
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Flexible and able to meet deadlines
  • Team player with problem-solving skills
