**Senior Sales Manager Position**

This senior sales manager position requires a seasoned sales leader who can drive revenue growth, develop strategic partnerships, and lead high-performing sales teams. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the telecom and ICT industry, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building relationships with key stakeholders, and monitoring sales pipeline and operations. This role requires a strategic thinker, a strong communicator, and a customer-centric approach.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with product teams and strategic partners to align sales strategies with product offerings
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the performance of zonal sales heads and their teams
  • Establish clear KPIs, objectives, and performance benchmarks for the sales team
  • Monitor sales pipeline and operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements:

  • HEC recognized Master's degree from a reputable university in IT/CS/Telecom/Electrical Engineering
  • 5 years' experience in relevant field with at least 10-year overall experience, including 5 years plus experience in senior sales management role
