Lead Generation Executive

We are searching for a dedicated Upwork Bidder to contribute to our upward growth initiative by securing projects and fostering strong client relationships. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying high-quality leads, developing connections with potential clients, and building a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Sourcing and Qualification: Identify and qualify leads using Upwork and other platforms.
- Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their requirements and preferences.
- Bid Strategy and Proposal Development: Create and manage bids on relevant opportunities, ensuring timely submission with competitive pricing.
- Pipeline Development and Maintenance: Develop and sustain a robust pipeline of qualified leads to support the sales team.
- Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Professional Experience: 6-12 months of proven experience in lead generation on Upwork or similar platforms.
