Business Growth and Development Specialist

The role of Business Growth and Development Specialist at Enrichers Investment Group is a full-time on-site position that involves driving new business development through strong analytical skills to identify opportunities. You will be responsible for working in the finance/trading domain, utilizing excellent communication and customer service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing lead generation strategies using phone calls and meetings
  • Converting leads into potential prospect meetings
  • Pitching investment ideas to potential clients
  • Maintaining and developing successful relationships with potential prospects and existing customers
  • Providing regular updates to clients on prevailing market factors
  • Negotiating and following up with clients to ensure their needs are met

Qualifications required for this role include:

  • A minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Experience in the investment industry is desirable
  • Knowledge of the financial markets and experience in this domain is also preferred
