IT Security Manager

We are seeking a seasoned IT security professional to lead our team in managing and assessing the bank's IT & IS audit function. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT governance, risk management, and internal controls.
The incumbent will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing effective IT security policies and procedures
- Conducting regular audits of IT systems and infrastructure to identify vulnerabilities and gaps
- Collaborating with senior management to develop and implement strategies to mitigate identified risks
- Evaluating the effectiveness of existing IT security controls and recommending improvements
- Providing guidance and support to audit teams on IT security matters
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
- At least 8 years of experience in IT security, with a minimum of 4 years in a leadership position
- Proven track record of successfully leading IT security projects and initiatives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
