Job Title: Senior Security Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Security Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our surveillance systems, ensuring robust security protocols are in place.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in security and surveillance, strong leadership skills, and advanced expertise in Excel. This critical role is key to maintaining a secure environment and ensuring the effectiveness of our monitoring systems.

  • Direct and oversee daily operations of surveillance systems to ensure robust security protocols are in place.
  • Continuously assess and enhance existing security procedures and recommend improvements.
  • Lead and develop a team of security staff through training, coaching, and performance support.
  • Create and implement monitoring strategies aligned with company goals and compliance requirements.
  • Analyze surveillance data and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
  • Coordinate with various departments to address security concerns and improve safety measures.
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in surveillance and security.
  • Manage incident response and emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement when necessary.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • 5–10 years of hands-on experience in surveillance and security monitoring.
  • Completion of specialized courses in surveillance or security is a plus.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, with the ability to work with complex data sets.
  • Demonstrated leadership and experience managing teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and make timely, sound decisions.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certification in security management or related disciplines.
  • Familiarity with security software and surveillance technologies.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
