Sales and Partnerships Leader

We are looking for a highly skilled Sales and Partnerships Leader to join our team. This individual will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong relationships with clients, and promoting sales efforts through innovative strategies.
The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in the IT industry and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills. They will also be able to manage accurate data in Salesforce and develop and implement business plans.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive revenue growth by achieving personal targets and implementing strategic account plans.
- Build strong relationships with clients at various levels of the organization, negotiating agreements as needed.
- Develop and implement business plans, providing necessary reporting and tracking.
- Deliver weekly forecasts and top opportunities reports to senior management.
- Manage client negotiations between the company and new clients.
- Implement operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance and deliver high-quality services to customers.
- 5-7 years of experience in the IT industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage accurate data in Salesforce.
- Ability to develop and implement business plans.
- Ability to deliver weekly forecasts and top opportunities reports to senior management.
