We are seeking an exceptional Global Sales and Partnership Manager to lead our sales efforts and foster strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth through innovative sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at customer accounts to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities across various industries, with a focus on Outsourcing and Offshoring Consulting
  • Develop and implement effective sales plans to meet and exceed quarterly sales targets

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in quota-carrying sales roles, preferably in the Outsourcing and Offshoring Consulting industry
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with customers and colleagues
