Job Description

As a Sales Specialist at Innovatrix, you will be responsible for pursuing new business leads, maintaining effective communication with prospects via phone and email, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. You will also collaborate with the manager to secure sponsorship deals and nurture positive relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stay informed about conference topics to effectively communicate with prospects.
  • Pursue new business leads through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
  • Maintain excellent communication skills, including written and verbal English communication.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by consistently delivering high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with the manager to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Experience in B2B telesales, preferably within the event management industry.
  • Understand sales processes and dynamics to effectively manage sales activities.
  • Develop strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
