Sales Growth Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to become a key player in our sales team, driving growth and expanding our market presence.

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative - Market Expansion Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers, emerging market trends, and competitive insights.
  2. Identify and target new customers, including marriage halls, catering services, and superstores.
  3. Create and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  4. Develop and nurture strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  5. Achieve and exceed sales targets by developing and executing effective sales strategies.
  6. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market insights.
  7. Provide valuable feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on customer input and market observations.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the food or related industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong knowledge of the rice industry and market trends.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
