Job Summary:

We are looking for a result-driven Performance Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across various digital platforms to drive customer acquisition, retention, and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage paid ad campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and others.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics like CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
  • Conduct A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and campaign creatives.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to create high-performing ads.
  • Manage and optimize budgets to maximize campaign performance.
  • Prepare performance reports and present actionable insights.
  • Stay updated with latest trends and platform algorithm changes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in digital/performance marketing.
  • Proficient in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with conversion tracking, pixels, and attribution tools.
  • Basic understanding of SEO, email marketing, and funnel strategies is a plus.
