Job Description

We are seeking a skilled consultant to help businesses and industries develop and implement specialized knowledge of industry-specific and cross-industry competitive strategies.

You will manage complex components of an engagement, working closely with clients and their customers to understand their pain points. Your strategic recommendations will drive change in a digitally-enabled era and give you the opportunity to collaborate with talented professionals.

Your Role and Responsibilities

As a key player, you will serve as a client-facing practitioner who sells, leads, and implements expert services utilizing a broad range of technologies. A successful Consultant is regarded by clients as a trusted business advisor who collaborates to provide innovative solutions used to solve the most challenging business problems.

You will help clients select, implement, and support application packaged solutions. You will gain in-depth consulting experience, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the clients' business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform the full life cycle of application implementation, including requirement definition, design, development, testing, and data migration.
  • Analyze functional and technical requirements in collaboration with client teams.
  • Migrate between products or integrate with other products, configure packages, recover, and back up.
  • Use your consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the client's business environment.
  • Assist in selecting, implementing, and supporting applications.

Requirements

We are looking for individuals with a strong background in IT consulting, preferably with 6-8 years of experience. Core Banking System knowledge in all modules is essential. Implementation experience with Oracle Banking Microservices Architecture (OBMA) particularly around FLEXCUBE version 14.7 is also required.

Other essential skills include SQL/PLSQL knowledge, database knowledge for core banking DB, application server knowledge (FLEXCUBE Core Banking Application Server), Java language knowledge, and FLEXCUBE system knowledge in new implementations.

A working understanding and experience with OFSAA (Oracle Financial Suite of Analytical Applications) such as financial crimes & compliance management (FCCM), anti-money laundering solutions (AML), know your customer (KYC) & trade-based anti money laundering solutions (TBAML) is preferred.

Bonus Skills

Detailed knowledge of CORE Banking Systems, Banking Regulations, risk Management and Compliance practices would be beneficial to this role.
