Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Supplier Manager. As part of our Corporate Services - Protective Security team, you will be responsible for managing the contract lifecycle, performance evaluation and governance frameworks.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Contract Management: Negotiate, renew and evaluate supplier contracts to ensure optimal performance and compliance.
  • Performance Management: Establish service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive supplier excellence. Conduct regular reviews and address any escalation or dispute resolution.
  • Commercial Management: Oversee financial aspects including budgeting, cost control and market benchmarking to maintain competitive pricing.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, Finance and Risk teams to ensure contracts meet all regulatory and corporate standards.
  • Risk Management: Mitigate risks associated with supplier performance and contractual obligations to ensure business continuity.
