Transforming Automation Frameworks

We are seeking a seasoned automation engineer to build and scale modular, extensible, and cloud-native automation frameworks using Java, Selenium, TestNG, Allure, SLF4J, and Maven.

This involves integrating automation with CI/CD pipelines (Azure pipelines, Jenkins) for on-demand, scheduled, and event-driven test execution at scale.

  • - Develop Page Object Model (POM) abstractions, fluent APIs, and custom DSLs for test authoring, supporting multi-application and multi-tenant architectures.

Dynamic test data management, service virtualization, and environment provisioning will be engineered for robust, isolated, and repeatable test scenarios.

Achieving smart, self-healing locator strategies using ML-based selectors, visual validation, and resilient element identification is also essential.

The role requires contributing to and improving reporting and analytics via Allure and custom dashboards, integrating with monitoring and alerting systems for real-time quality insights.

Maintenance of industry-relevant coding standards, architectural guidelines, and governance for automation assets across multiple tenants is necessary.

Key Responsibilities
  • - 4+ years of proven hands-on experience with building and scaling automation frameworks.
  • - Good knowledge of Java, automation tools, testing techniques, and cloud testing platforms.
  • - Experience with CI/CD and automated environment management.
  • - Proficiency in test data management, service virtualization, database, and API-level automation.
  • - Good understanding of functional, security, performance, and accessibility testing.
  • - Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
  • - Experience with writing technical documentation.
