Tech Sales Specialist

We are looking for an experienced sales professional to join our team and drive sales growth within our IT and BPO sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT and BPO services, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.


Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  2. Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
  3. Schedule business meetings with potential clients.
  4. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through various channels.
  5. Negotiate, close deals, and handle complaints and objections.
  6. Collaborate with team members to efficiently meet client requirements.
  7. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Requirements:
  1. Minimum of 3+ years proven experience in international sales as a sales executive.
  2. Proven record of meeting sales targets.
  3. Good understanding of USA market dynamics and trends.
  4. Experience working in a fast-paced, digitally-centric environment, with technological proficiency and organization skills.
  5. Hands-on experience with interview formats such as Teams, Zoom, Google Hangouts.
  6. Familiarity with Microsoft technologies, CRM, databases, analysis, and project management techniques.
  7. Experience with CRM software and sales management tools is a plus.
  8. Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques.
  9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  10. Successful track record throughout the entire sales process, from planning to closing.
  11. Strong team coordination abilities.
  12. Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  13. Proven success rate exceeding sales KPIs.
  14. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
