About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our corporate sales efforts. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the solar industry and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Sell solar solutions to government organizations, banks, hospitals, and NGOs.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
  • Manage sales performance metrics and provide regular reporting to management.

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in sales and business development of solar solutions/products.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of the solar industry and its applications.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
