Job Title: Sales Director - Corporate Solutions

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead and grow our corporate sales vertical.

This role involves identifying business opportunities, building partnerships, managing B2B client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Identify and target new corporate clients, including offices, co-working spaces, hotels, event organizers, and institutions. Develop and execute a corporate sales strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with corporate customers. Provide tailored product and service offerings to meet client needs (e.g., office coffee subscriptions, corporate gifting, event catering).
  • Sales Execution: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Develop and present sales pitches, proposals, and pricing structures. Negotiate and close corporate deals.
  • Partnerships & Events: Explore and manage collaborations for pop-up kiosks, brand activations, or event sponsorships. Represent the company at industry events and corporate networking platforms.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Track sales pipeline and provide regular reporting to leadership. Analyze sales trends, client feedback, and competitor activities to inform strategy.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 4–6 years of experience in B2B/corporate sales, preferably in FMCG, hospitality, or lifestyle brands.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, with a go-getter attitude and the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
  • Passion for coffee, lifestyle products, or F&B is a strong plus.
