About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and development through strategic planning and execution. This key role will focus on building relationships with potential clients, exploring opportunities for mutually beneficial partnerships, and designing effective marketing strategies.
">Key Responsibilities:
- Create comprehensive business proposals for new and existing clients to secure revenue streams and expand our customer base
- Develop a business development strategy that balances financial returns with exceptional customer satisfaction
- Foster relationships with potential clients to identify and engage with new business prospects
- Pursue B2B meetings with current and prospective customers to uncover new business opportunities
- Design and implement tailored marketing strategies aligned with our goals and objectives
- Analyze internal and external data to provide insightful reports and recommendations for business improvement
- Negotiate effectively with clients to clarify terms, resolve disputes, and ensure positive outcomes
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need a master's degree in business management or strategic marketing from a reputable institution. Additionally, you should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the real estate industry, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth. Strong communication and IT skills, including fluency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), are also essential.
