
Sales Growth Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth within the Commercial and Industrial (C&I) sector.
- Develop a robust sales pipeline by proactively identifying, prospecting, and acquiring new commercial and industrial clients for solar energy solutions.
- Meet and exceed ambitious sales targets and KPIs for the C&I sector through effective business development strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in client organizations.
- Prepare customized proposals that showcase the financial benefits of solar solutions.
- Negotiate and close deals while ensuring alignment with company policies and client needs.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and government policies related to the C&I solar sector.
- Communicate the technical and financial advantages of solar solutions to potential clients.
- Maintain accurate sales records and report on sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline status to management.
This individual will work closely with the sales team to drive business growth, meet and exceed sales targets, and establish strong client relationships.
Requirements- A minimum of 3-5 years of proven sales experience, with at least 2 years in B2B sales within the solar, power, energy, or a related technical industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a relevant field.
- A solid understanding of solar technology, system components, and financial models is highly desirable.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong presentation abilities with the capacity to engage C-level executives.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently to achieve targets.
