About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Executive to oversee our Human Resources department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for talent acquisition, hiring, and onboarding.

Responsibilities:
  1. Hire potential candidates in a timely manner for technical and non-technical positions.
  2. Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring strategies.
  3. SOURCE highly skilled technical candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and events.
  4. Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
  5. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate assessment, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and extending job offers.
  6. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive intelligence to inform recruitment strategies.
  8. Create compelling job postings and advertisements to attract top talent.
  9. Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews. Perform reference checks.
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with technical communities, universities, and professional organizations.
  11. Onboard and offboard employees, completing relevant paperwork.
  12. Coordinate employee engagement activities.
  13. Collaborate with the HR team to improve and streamline the recruitment process.
  14. Maintain a database of candidates along with documents on an applicant tracking system (ATS).
  15. Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's or Master's Degree from a recognized university (HR or Management Sciences preferred).
  2. 2 years of experience as a technical recruiter in the IT industry.
  3. Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and industry trends.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  6. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  7. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
