Job Title: Performance Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to lead and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. This role will drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth for our products/services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute integrated performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
  • Manage and optimize ad spend across all channels to maximize ROI and CAC efficiency.
  • Build and scale growth strategies using A/B testing, landing page optimization, funnels, and retargeting.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other tools to generate actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with content, creative, and product teams to ensure messaging alignment and campaign effectiveness.
  • Identify new customer acquisition channels and growth opportunities through research, experimentation, and industry trends.
  • Manage SEO/SEM strategies in coordination with internal teams to boost organic visibility and reduce paid dependency over time.
  • Produce weekly and monthly performance reports with key KPIs and improvement recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and performance advertising.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in performance/growth marketing, preferably in healthtech, e-commerce, or startups.
  • Proficiency in ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads), analytics tools (Google Analytics GA4, Looker Studio), and CRM/email marketing platforms.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to translate data into strategies.
  • Experience with conversion rate optimization, A/B testing, and user funnel analysis.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and content performance.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and teamwork skills.
