As a Strategic Operations Director, you will have the opportunity to lead and drive business growth in a dynamic technology center.

This high-level role will give you exposure within the organization to make an impact and help drive the company forward. You will be responsible for managing entire operations across Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic projects to streamline activities and drive up performance and quality.
  • Oversee operational functions, setting and achieving operational goals, strategic planning, analysis, and forecasting.
  • Analyze business opportunities and create plans to capitalize on them.
  • Deliver operational and financial targets in line with company expectations.
  • Translate company financial and operational targets into department and team-level targets.
  • Monitor and evaluate departmental goals and work processes daily, weekly, and monthly.

Requirements:

  • MBA from a reputable university.
  • At least five years of relevant experience in leadership roles or collections/operations with 50+ staff.
  • Strong interpersonal and managerial skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proven track record of managing and expanding business.
  • Target-oriented approach and a track record of consistently delivering against goals.
