Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned Data Engineering Director to spearhead our data pipeline strategy and drive business growth through innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Foster collaboration among data engineering teams, promoting technical growth and cooperation.
  2. Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and infrastructure, leveraging Google Cloud technologies.
  3. Develop and manage new technical data products for client reporting and cross-functional collaboration.
  4. Maintain and enhance existing client data infrastructure and reporting tools.
  5. Implement data models, ETL processes, microservices, and data warehousing solutions that meet business requirements.
  6. Ensure adherence to data quality, governance, and security best practices across all platforms.
  7. Optimize data processing for performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
  8. Leverage AI and automation to streamline data engineering workflows.
  9. Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and stakeholders to deliver robust data and AI solutions.
  10. Oversee data integration from multiple internal and external sources.
  11. Recruit, onboard, and develop top data engineering talent.
  12. Monitor and report on data platform health, performance, and KPIs.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience building and scaling data pipelines in complex environments.
  • Proficiency in Python and modern data engineering frameworks.
  • Strong experience with cloud platforms (Google Cloud preferred).
  • Proven track record in architecting and optimizing ETL processes and data warehouses.
  • Experience leading and mentoring data engineering teams.
  • Familiarity with data governance, security, and compliance best practices.
  • Experience in the advertising or marketing industry is a plus.
